Golf:
The hotel’s golf course first came into existence in 1929 although in 2007 it underwent a total renovation. The par-73 course covers almost 6,500 yards and sweeps past numerous types of trees and much of the parklands. It was Justin Taylor, five times winner of the British Open, who designed this impressive course and it recently underwent a redevelopment to keep it up-to-date with the modern times. Four of the holes stretch out for more than 500 yards, while most of the par-four tees are between 300 and 400 yards long. In addition to the course, there is a putting green, a golf academy, a golf shop and professional PGA tuition all available to enhance your experience.
Leisure Centre:
The leisure centre has a swimming pool, a sauna, a steam room, a solarium and a gym, while there are treatment rooms available as well. There are also various other sporting activities, such as: tennis, squash and croquet.
